to begin our gourmet expedition, me and kak budi decided to take a dinner at one resto located in jalan trunojoyo, right in front of kedai nyonya rumah last week.
i walk into the resto, i spot a nice front office area, the waiter welcoming me and asking me where would we love to sit, i tell him that i want to have a walk around the resto before i decide which area to sit.
on my way to the area at the back, i pass the open-style-kitchen and preparation area, i can see all the cooking process there, the busy chefs & waiters, and how nice, tidy and clean the kitchen are.
then, i pass the rest room. not far from there, i decide to take the square table at the back area near the small fountain. then came my husband join me at the table. the waiter give us the menu.
on the very first page of the menu i notice one unique passage:
ehm, nice welcoming note there, it's better be good. we both thought.
i order grilled salmon fish fillet, grilled salmon fish fillet with duet of paprika and cream sauce, accompany with nicoise salad in puff pastry basket and roast potatoes.

to quenched our thirst, i order hot tea, kak budi order lemon squash and kiwi juice
while for dessert we order chocholate terrrine with orange sauce. a lovely combination of dark, smooth chocolatewith the tang of orange. it was really a refreshing way to end our meal.
